You can’t tell if they’re talking to someone or not, though, it’s just about when they last used the app.

You haven’t heard back from him yet, but when you check his profile, you see “Active Today.” Well, that tells ya that John has been online sometime in the last 24 hours, but he’s probably not sittin’ there on Instagram right at that moment. So, don’t be sittin’ around waitin’ on a reply too quick, he might be busy doin’ something else.
